Don’t plan, just start today

A step towards the new journey

It always takes a lot of time to take the first step as we spend majority of our time analysing unwanted negative aspects. Just trust yourself and go for it.

This is how I fared on my first day trying to have balanced meal.

Early morning meal – warm water + honey + lemon

Breakfast – Oatmeal porridge(1cup) + egg white masala omelette(3nos) + Californian orange juice

Pre-Lunch meal – Dice watermelon(1bowl)

Lunch – plain Tur dal no tadka(1 bowl) + 2 roti + onion,tomato,cucumber salad(1 bowl) + plain chaas

Hitea – 1 open face brown bread vegetable sandwich + green tea

Pre-Dinner meal – 1 apple

Dinner – Sprout salad + 1 glass milk

Workout – 15 mins yoga( after getting up)

Total Calories spent in Yoga – 168 calories

Total weight loss – Nil

Intermediate fasting time – 14hrs
